Short Description
This project aims to offer an online palaeography of hieroglyphs using photographs, drawings, 3D models and epigraphic tools to explore the shapes, colours and meanings of the hieroglyphs in the Ptolemaic temple of Deir el-Medina. It also documents engraving techniques for comparison with other buildings in order to identify workshops.
